ŌURA has signed Harry Kane and Declan Rice as global ambassadors to support athlete health monitoring during the UK football calendar.
The agreement establishes long-term partnerships with the two England players, who will feature in marketing activity centred on performance, recovery and health tracking. The campaign will be distributed across UK locations, including digital out-of-home placements in London sites such as Piccadilly Circus, BOXPARK Wembley and Canary Wharf, as well as broadcast channels around football coverage.
As part of the partnership, Kane and Rice will use the ŌURA Ring 5 wearable device to monitor metrics related to sleep, recovery and physical load during competition periods. The collaboration aligns with the players’ involvement in international and domestic football, including England fixtures and club competitions.
The partnership forms part of ŌURA’s broader involvement in sport and athlete performance. In 2026, the company has been named the official wearable partner for Team USA and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, providing health tracking for athletes. It has also agreed partnerships with Team Finland and United States Tennis Association, as well as U.S. Soccer, covering multiple national teams and training infrastructure.
The agreement reflects a wider trend in the use of wearable technology in elite sport, where athletes and organisations are increasing the use of data to monitor recovery and performance. This activity is particularly visible around major international tournaments, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico, where England teams are scheduled to compete.
Kane continues to captain England, with Rice serving in a leadership role within the national team structure. The partnership positions both players within a wider group of athletes working with brands focused on performance data and sports science.
Harry Kane, England men’s captain said, “At the highest level of football, I’ve always believed that preparation is not just what happens on the pitch, but what happens off it too. That’s why I’m excited to partner with Oura and use Oura Ring 5. Leading my country into this major tournament means every single percentage matters. When you’re competing on the world stage, knowing exactly when to push your body and prioritise recovery is key to securing those extra gains. With the personalised insights from my Oura Ring, I can track my performance and recovery in real-time and ensure I’m always ready to perform at my absolute best.”
“When you’re training and competing at the highest level, taking care of yourself in every aspect – physically, mentally and through recovery – is absolutely essential,” said Declan Rice, vice-captain of the England national football team. That’s why this partnership makes so much sense. It’s a great product but it’s also helping me maximize my potential on and off the pitch. I have used the Oura Ring previously, but now it’s part of my everyday routine—it’s been a game changer.”
