Wiegman and Dein’s on-stage acceptance at The 25th Sport Industry Awards

Re-watch the moment Lionesses’ manager Sarina Wiegman DBE received the Outstanding Contribution to Sport Award in association with EY, while David Dein MBE was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Wiegman was recognised for an era-defining impact on women’s football through sustained high performance, leadership and culture-building at the very top of the game. 

Dein was joined on-stage by Ian Wright and David Seaman and recognised for a career that has helped shape the modern game on and off the pitch.
